As bespoke pivot door manufacturers, we know that this type of acoustic door is trending right now for their hinge-free design which gives a clean flush look to the door. Available in larger sizes with or without hardware, CDL pivot doors are factory finished in your choice of RAL color or can be site clad in wood veneers to make a beautiful contemporary addition to any building.
CDL manufacture pivot doors that feature a design that allows for easy operation without the visual interruption of surface mounted hinges, providing a clean, flush look to the openings on your project. Custom designed to your specification to a maximum width of 9'6" and a maximum height of 14'9" for a single leaf door. Double Leaf doors are also available without a center post. CDL pivot doors are delivered as complete assemblies including frames and any finished hardware.
The standard finish consists of a factory applied polyester powder coat paint, alongside your choice of RAL colors; eliminating the time and labor of in-field priming and painting. Powder coated and oven dried paint creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. A marine paint spec is also available on demand for coastal locations.
Where specialty finishes are important to the architectural design vision, the CDL design team will work with you to coordinate veneer, cladding or other finishes for example, helping match facades to achieve the desired end result for your custom pivot door.
