Comprehensive Acoustic Fire Door Solutions

A CDL fire rated acoustic steel or composite swing door is always a part of a door set and comes complete with frame, suitable hardware and a fire label.

CDL fire rated sound proof horizontal sliding doors or vertical sliding doors are available up to STC70 in combination and 2 hours fire rating according to NFPA252. Installed in a fire rated wall, the sliding acoustic fire rated door must be power operated: power supply to the controls must be either a maintained supply or the option of battery back-up should be adopted. A signal from the fire alarm system will be required to automatically open or close the doors in the event of fire.
